Now, in Rihanna's case, I'm sure her complexion lightened a helluva lot because leaving the Caribbean where you're in the constant sun and coming to the States would cause a noticeable change in anyone's complexion.
There are, however, quite a few celebs whose skin has gotten lighter and they haven't made that geological jump.
