Whether Chuck agrees with Russell or not, is he coming up with any ideas to change the negativity that is now rap? I don't think so. Rap is not to blame for all that's wrong with our community, but he is right about one thing, buzzards don't hurt nothing, but they can eat away at it. Now is the buzzard rap or Russell.
I get what Chuck is saying and I agree to a point. But it's not going to take who he thinks. Most of the "problem" rap is being made by the younger generation for the younger generation. People who remember Africa Bambata are not buying the music that Russ and Chuck are talking about. It's going to take popular rappers of today to get any change to come from inside of the hip hop community.

Russ has been getting a lot of FLACK for requesting this ban... We as a society are totally unforgiving. Never give people a chance to repent or change. I say, hats off to Russell. If he can manage to get folk unified and make a change in hip hop, more power to him. Chuck talking bout Africa Bambaata?? Who REALLY even knows them? If Russ can get a few other influential cats on with him, I think they may be able to make some changes. I admit, I use nigga too, but it has become far too commercialized and free. We need to pull back and look at the things we are saying and doing.
