Bobby Is Suing Whitney
Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston's divorce became final on April 24th and Bobby didn't get jack shit from Whitney. He didn't even get visitation rights for Bobbi Kristina. Now he wants the judge to set aside the original the divorce settlement, saying the reason he didn't contest the first judgement was because he didn't have any money. In the new court papers, Bobby claims to be practically homeless and he wants spousal support, child support and visitaton rights.

divorce litigation is quite complicated and expensive. this doesn't surprise me..what did surprise me is how easily whitney was able to roll over bobby with the house then the custody and the divorce..it was because he had no money to hire a lawyer. now he's baaack and ready to do a kfed...stay tuned yall..he's a daddy and he has riiiights.....................

The way divorce settlements work is based off of assets acquired DURING the marriage. They lost a lot of stuff together. There's stuff left, but not like during "The Bodyguard" days. Remember the auction??? She is basically starting over after having the vast portion of her estate smoked up. Besides, how in the hell can he afford an attorney NOW that he's flat broke. He would have had a better chance to demand she pay for an attorney DURING the divorce proceedings.
